Darby is a writer for Ms. Fitness Magazine, and has written for other magazines, including Oxygen. Darby is co-owner of Hart Personal Training Inc., and is a Chairperson for the American Heart Association, Pensacola Chapter and is a Co-chairperson for the American Cancer Society.
Darby has performed fitness routines for Ballys Total Fitness and Otomix, and is a sponsored spokes person for Labrada Bodybuilding Nutrition.
Darby has been seen on Network Television giants ESPN and FOX, and has appeared in almost every fitness magazine in the industry! She also has her own fitness segment on a Florida morning show called the Lois and Mike Show.
